For Pre-drinks

Ingredients: 

  • 5 Fresh Raspberries (for garnish and muddling)  
  • 45 ml Vodka  
  • 22.5 ml Lemon Juice  
  • 15 ml Simple Syrup  
  • 15 ml Chambord  
  • 15 ml Prosecco  
  • Garnish: 1 Fresh or freeze-dried Raspberry 

 

 Instructions:  

Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker.

Add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, Chambord, and Prosecco and ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with additional raspberries as desired.

For Girl’s Night  

(Pink, floral and sweet, infused with a citrus kick)

  • 40 ml Gin (preferably a floral gin like Hendrick’s) 
  • 15 ml Elderflower Liqueur  
  • 25 ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice 
  • 10 ml Fresh Lime Juice 
  • 15 ml Hibiscus Syrup  
  • 5 ml Rose Water  
  • Egg White  
  • Garnish: Edible Rose Petals  

Instructions: 

Add wet ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice.

Perform a dry shake (shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds) to create a foam with the egg white.

Add ice and shake again for another 15-20 seconds.

Strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with a few edible rose petals for a touch of Romance.

For Date Night  

(Sophisticated, Spicy and Seductive)

Ingredients: 

  • 40 ml Rye Whiskey (or Bourbon for a sweeter note) 
  • 15 ml Cherry Liqueur 
  • 10 ml Velvet Falernum Liqueur 
  • 10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • 10 ml Honey Syrup (dissolve equal parts honey and water) 
  • Dash Angostura Bitters 
  • Garnish: Orange Zest  
  • Garnish: Dehydrated orange  
  • Garnish: Cinnamon stick for extra warmth (optional) 

 

Instructions: 

Add all wet ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well for 15-20 seconds.

Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with a large ice cube or a port glass without ice.

Express the orange zest over the drink by twisting it and dropping it into the glass and garnish with dehydrated orange slice. Add a Cinnamon stick for extra spicey deliciousness!

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Mezcal  
  • 20 ml Pear Liqueur (or elderflower liqueur with pear flavors for balance) 
  • 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice 
  • 15 ml Fresh Pear Juice  
  • 10 ml Hibiscus Syrup  
  • 5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves  
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters  
  • Fever tree Aromatic tonic or lemonade (optional to top off and add fizz) 
  • Garnish: Cucumber ribbon or Fresh mint leaves  
  • Rim: Pink Himalayan Salt  

 

Instructions: 

Rim a coupe or tumbler glass with salt. 

Muddle the fresh mint leaves with the pear juice and hibiscus syrup in a cocktail shaker.

Add the mezcal, pear liqueur, fresh lime juice, bitters and ice.

Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe or tumbler with ice.

Top with a splash of aromatic tonic for lemonade for a light effervescence.

Garnish with a thin cucumber ribbon for a fresh, elegant touch.

  • 50 ml Gin  
  • 20 ml Dry Vermouth  
  • 10 ml Dry Rosé Wine  
  • 5 ml Rose Water  
  • 1-2 dashes Orange Bitters 
  • Aromatic Tonic Water (optional top up)  
  • Garnish: Olive

Ingredients:  

The same except swap gin for smooth and high-quality Vodka. 

 

Instructions: 

Add into a mixing glass filled halfway with ice cubes.

Stir gently for about 20-30 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass or a tumbler with one large ice cube and Garnish with a gold-dusted olive (or just a regular olive if that’s easier).
