Our great client at Hugo Boss UK have various in store events and to mark the occasion of PGA European Tour at Wentworth, Hugo Boss set up a meet and greet with the golfers they sponsor, one being Martin Kaymer. We were asked by Hugo Boss to serve drinks to 300 guests as well as look after the VIPs requirements.

With a load in time from 7am – 9am, we delivered all the equipment and stock needed then. We then got our team of waiters and two bartenders in the evening to pop the prosecco, pour beers and mix up apple & elderflower spritz. Our team of 8 kept their heads and made sure every guest had a glass in their hand on arrival and the glasses were topped up throughout the evening. With a question and answer session with the golfers, we had to be prepped again for a crowd of empty glasses to be topped up as soon as the talk was over.

A great night for the invited guests to meet their golfing idols. A lot of prosecco and beer drunk and even some sales for the store. Everyone’s a winner.
